Develop a Value Stream Mapping for a process you are familiar with in a manufacturing company or service sector in Canada. You need to add the timing of the processes $($Value added, non$-$value added, lead time, takt time, cycle time, uptime$).$

Develop an action plan after performing value stream mapping.

Based on the findings of the Value Stream Mapping:

Prioritize areas of waste and inefficiency for improvement.

Develop specific action items to address each identified issue.

Assign responsibilities and deadlines for implementing the action plan.

Please note that assignments should be in formal reports.
