Quality Systems Planning - Course Project Research Paper The purpose of the course project is to demonstrate competency in Quality Systems Planning. In this course we explore several critical aspects essential to developing a robust Quality Management System. Topic: Operations Management for Quality in Automobile Industry. The final aspect of the project is to synthesize the information from the 5 sources into a single, overall model. From each of these sources, summarize the main themes, and from these themes develop/synthesize your own model (but based on the research) on how to best conduct and implement a strategic plan and planning process. In 5 pages write a research paper on the above topic, highlighting (a) its basic function and purpose within a quality management system, (b) explain the aspect of the above topic presented. 2. Locate at least 5 sources related directly to the topic; these must be peer reviewed journal articles or published books. 3. Review each source and summarize the main concepts as they relate to the topic. 3. Synthesize the results and create a final model/best practice that depicts the best method to implement and execute your aspect within a quality management system. In other words, the complete research paper written should be a short white paper on "how to" best execute "your topic" within a quality management system.
