another product that you evaluated as having appropriate or adequate quality, and a third that you felt had low or poor quality. next week all experiences involving
purchases of service. Examples might include an airline, a train ride or bus trip, a meal in a restaurant, a haircut, or an oil change for your car.

Use the examples to do the following:
Assess the extent to which the quality you associated with each was a function of price or your expectations of quality
Could the quality of each be improved without affecting price? If so how?
