Seasons Rotisserie & Grill is open from $8$:$00$ am to $10$:$00$ pm daily. Besides the hours they are open for business, workers are needed an hour before opening and an hour after closing for setup and clean up activities. The restaurant operates with both full$-$time and part$-$time workers on the following shift, with full$-$time workers having higher daily pay rate than part$-$time workers:

At least one full time worker must be available during the hour before opening and after closing. Additionally, at least $30\%$ of the employees should be full$-$time $(8-$hour$)$ workers during the restaurant$$s busy periods from $11$:$00$ am $1$:$00$ pm and $5$:$00$ pm $7$:$00$ pm$.$

Hint: This problem is similar to the Employee Schedule Problem $$ Air Express discussed in the lecture video. The first table in the above provides information about daily pay rate for each of seven shifts. Since the schedule of hours in the second table is different from the that of shift in the first table, it is better to express the schedule of hours in the second table in a more detailed way. For example, $11$ workers needed for $7$:$00$ am $11$:$00$ am can be expressed as $11$ workers needed for $7$:$00$ am $8$:$00$ am$,8$:$00$ am $9$:$00$ am$,9$:$00$ am $10$:$00$ am and $10$:$00$ am $11$:$00$ am$.$ Do the same thing for other time blocks in the second table. Now you are able to create a spreadsheet table with one dimension on $7$ shifts and the other dimension on each of the $16$ hours from $7$:$00$ am $11$:$00$ pm$.$ The structure of this table is similar to that of the table shown in the spreadsheet on slide #$24$ of Chapter $6.$
