The Engineers at Ford still believe that Ford Kuga was one of their best family car ever designed and unfortunately that could not show due to the "minor" mistake that has occurred. The president of Ford SA is willing to bring back the Kuga however to avoid backlash a proposal was put in place to change only the outer design and name. This is an enormous project for Ford SA since they can't afford to fail twice. Based on that, they decided to assign you as the project head in order to ensure that past mistakes are not repeated and the new model meets all quality standards. Since you are new to the team, you decided to first identify possible causes and relevant contributory causes of the burning Kuga.
