John has decided to purchase an Access Management System to improve on the tracking and management of customer access to the Fitness Centre. All registered members for the Fitness Centre will be given a special RFID membership card to gain access into the Fitness Centre. Every month John would run the access management system software to print out the report showing the statistics related to the use of the Fitness Centre.
