A sound organisational structure facilitates growth of the organisation by increasing its capacity to handle complex operations. Identify any 2 (Two) distinct organisations from your community that have adopted different organisational structures. Critically discuss the effectiveness, merits and demerits of the organisational structures adopted by these entities. Provide recommendations on other structures that may be adopted by the identified organisations to achieve operational efficiency. Requirements and Structure 1. Project cover page gives all required details 2. Main body of the project must be no more than 8 pages (Annexures can be any length), and writing in non-technical readable style.
