What changes should be considered in the organisational system to enable the smooth implementation of the recommendations? Your discussion should consider all the aspects of the value chain in the case study organisation. We suggest you use Porters Value Chain model to guide your discussion. Discuss all aspects of the primary and support activities that should be attended to.

Propose how you would apply the principles from a Balanced Scorecard that could be used in the planning and measurement of the recommendations. Suggest more than one objective (CSF), measure (KPI), target and initiative for each perspective. Refer specifically to the case that you discuss in the assignment. Elaborate on the initiatives that you will take when targets are not achieved. What initiatives would you take when overachieving on the targets?
