a. A suitable research topic for the study could be "Factors Influencing the Implementation of Corporate Governance Practices in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ga South Municipality, Ghana".

b. A research objective for the study could be to identify the factors that contribute to the poor implementation of corporate governance practices in MSMEs in Ga South Municipality, Ghana.

c. A research question for the study could be "What are the factors influencing the implementation of corporate governance practices in MSMEs in Ga South Municipality, Ghana?"

d. A qualitative research approach could be adopted for this study, as it allows for the exploration of complex issues and the collection of detailed, in-depth data from a small number of participants. This approach would be suitable for understanding the underlying reasons for the poor implementation of corporate governance practices in MSMEs in Ga South Municipality, Ghana, as it allows for the collection of rich, detailed data through the use of methods such as interviews and focus groups.

e. The research population for this study could be the owners and managers of MSMEs in the Ga South Municipality, Ghana.

f. A sample size of 50 MSMEs in the Ga South Municipality could be chosen for this study. A purposive sampling strategy could be adopted, where the sample is selected based on specific criteria that are relevant to the research question. In this case, the sample could be selected based on the size and type of MSMEs (e.g. micro, small, or medium), as well as the sector in which they operate (e.g. manufacturing, retail, or services). This sampling strategy would be suitable over others, such as random sampling, because it allows for the selection of a more representative and relevant sample that is likely to provide in-depth insights into the research question.

g. Data for this study could be collected through the use of in-depth interviews and focus groups. In-depth interviews would allow for the collection of detailed, rich data from individual participants, while focus groups would allow for the collection of data from multiple participants at the same time. Both methods would allow for the exploration of complex issues and the identification of patterns and themes in the data. These methods would be more suitable over others, such as surveys, because they allow for the collection of in-depth, qualitative data that is rich in detail and context.
