$($a$)$ Create a structure called Details which contains fields for student ID number, name, tuition fee, and level $($Diploma or Degree$)$ for $10$ students.

Get the user to enter all the students' information and store in the array of structure. Determine the level by assigning the tuition fee for each of the student. Tuition fee for Diploma and Degree student is RM$38000$ and RM$70000$ respectively. Lastly, display all the information in $2$ tables $($Diploma and Degree$).$
