The rental system for each apartment unit is as follows and all business can be done at any business office located in each the apartment building. "The tenant will need to sign a rental agreement form. Information about the tenant will be filled into a special form. The form will be sent to the Processing Division. The data and so on are entered into the tenant's file. A tenant card will be created and the card is given to the manager. First month's deposit, rental payment and the last month payment will be requested from the tenant and all payments must be made with using a cheque. The card along with the tenant's payment check is sent to the Accounts Division. The cheque will be deposited into the bank. Overdue payment and rental reports will be generated at end of each month.
