It engages with a potential customer to have a potential sale. The processes in supply chain management are inventory management, logistics and transportation. Inventory management focuses on tracking inventory that starts at manufactures to the warehouse, and then to the point of sale. Transportation and logistics mean the process of coordinating, planning, and managing how goods move. The processes of managing information technology are system development and implementation, and data management and analytics. Development means creating a product or a software. Implementation means the process of offering a product or software. Data management is the process of analyzing and managing data in order to improve the outcome or decision. Analytics is a set of processes that helps manage the data. The processes of managing human resources are recruitment and selection, and performance management. Recruitment and selection are the process of finding the most qualified candidate for a particular job. Performance management is the process monitoring employees in order to see what improvements need to be done.
