Question $1$: Data Collection

$1\mathrm{.}1$ Using the attached questionnaire $($Annexure A$),$ conduct interviews with five $(5)$ individuals

$($e$.$g$.$ family members, friends, teachers, etc$)$ to understand the usage patterns and awareness of

chemical safety. Before completing the questionnaire with the participants, make sure that the

consent forms $($Annexure B$)$ are completed. The questionnaire will assist you to gather data on

chemical safety and awareness.

$1\mathrm{.}2$ Create a link to share the completed consent forms and questionnaires. You must combine the

consent forms and questionnaires into one document. You should watch videos on YouTube,

Linkedin, etc to learn how to create links for sharing documents and combining PDF documents.

The Lecturer will not be responding to any e$-$mails regarding $$combining PDF documents and

creating links.

NB: Do NOT combine the completed consent forms and questionnaires with your assignment.

You need to create a link for the completed questionnaires and consent forms; and share it under

$1\mathrm{.}2.$ A zero $(0)$ mark will be awarded should the instructions not be followed.

Question $2$: Data Analysis and Interpretation

Use Statistical Analysis in Social Science $($SPSS$),$ R$-$Studio, Excel or similar statistical analysis

software to analyze your data.

Create charts and graphs $($bar charts, pie charts, histograms$)$ to visually represent the data, then

interpret the results.

Feel free to use textbooks and journal articles on research methods and data analysis to guide the

process. Where applicable, please reference the sources accordingly.
