What do you want to achieve with the Balanced Scorecard?... What are the goals and the KPIs that you will use to monitor and control performance? By what timeframes do the goals need to be achieved? In the scorecard, be sure to include 2 (no more than 3) goals each for the Financial, Customer, Internal Process (Operations), and Learning and Growth Perspectives. (Capstone Companies may not be used.) Beneath your BSC, provide an Executive Summary of 400 words that describes your motivation and reasons, as well as implementation plan for the BSC: who are the stakeholders, what is the cadence, how will you use it.
