Question 2 -Develop an Issues Management Plan for a project of your choosing. Describe the scope, deliverables, organizations involved, constraints, budget, overall duration etc. Of course, no two groups are expected to have the same project. (Use the same project as your Communications Management Plan). In addition, assume that the project is currently being executed and is encountering a number of issues which are negatively impacting progress.

Using the project scenario as the basis, create an Issues Management Plan for this project. The Issues Management Plan should have at least 10 'issues' to be addressed/resolved to by various stakeholders/team members.
