A Tic Tac Toe game is classical which is played in a $33$ grid by two player sides, $x$ and $O.$

One side is won if obtains $3$ in a line $($including diagonal$).$ Figure $1$ shows the class diagram for

the Tic Tac Toe game. Based on the class diagram given, construct a use case diagram and

develop a Tic Tac Toe game based on the class diagram and use case diagram.
