global Covid-19 vaccine making industry. Identify major players and in your

opinion who is the market leader, what is their strategy?

And pls identify companies who have done so in the past, elaborate their

strategies. But, pls use example that we did not discuss in class.

Question 3: Why do we often see industries that are

fragmented, can you give an example of ways an organization can consolidate its

presence in an industry? Pls give unique examples not used in our classroom

discussion and try to use local examples (there are many!).

Question 4: (Situation A) Tavuq, is a Turkish restaurant chain

that opened in Dhaka in early-2021, consider the pandemic and the fact that

there is Ramadan and lockdown caused by pandemic both into play. (Situation Last

week, LG left the smartphone market with their 10 percent North American market

share, from what we discussed in class so far, identify why they had to leave

and also formulate how might they have coped, stayed and grew in the market.
