Export Processing Zones (EPZ) is a procedure meant to attract foreign direct investments. Namibia has a few Export Processing Enterprises engaged in different activities. In the last few years, EPZ worldwide have attracted the attention of citizens of different countries as well as from law makers. It is worth mentioning that EPZ procedure has its merits and demerits.

Briefly explain what EPZ entail and also explain the tax aspect and based on that, give an opinion whether EPZ should be discontinued in existence or not.
