Question 1: In this week's PowerPoint lecture, we learn about a number of "learning disabilities" that prevent organizational systems from evolving. Conduct some research to find and describe real-world scenarios/cases that resemble at least three (3) learning disabilities (e.g., famous company cases, your workplace, or stories you have heard from colleagues related to the dynamics and challenges of their organization). Please be sure to clearly describe each scenario/case so that it reflects the selected learning disability in a tangible manner. This exercise is meant to enhance your vision and ability to locate learning disabilities within your workplace and take necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement and learning.

Question 2: After reviewing some of this week's HBR articles, tell us how you as a current or future manager would facilitate organizational learning. Let's come up with and share some innovative ideas! Your response to this question should make your peers say, "Wow! This is such a simple, yet highly effective idea! Why didn't I think of it?"
