ArkansasBest (AB) is implementing a new discount policy for its customers. The business rule for the discount policy is as follows:

AB offers a discount for its members. Only members qualify the discount. There are three types of memberships: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. A Gold member qualifies 10% discount for all purchases. A Silver member qualifies 5% discount for all purchases. A Bronze member qualifies 3% discount for all purchases. For the Gold membership only, if the member is an Arkansas resident, he/she will get additional 2% discount. There is no discount applied for non-member customers. However, if the non-member customer purchases more than $500, then 3% discount coupon is offered for a next purchase.
