services to the clients locally and overseas. As the CEO of S$3,$ Marcus grew the

company from a three$-$man team to a team of $50$ today. Marcus faced challenges as he

Anna provided feedback to Alex, the Creative Director, and Matt, the Production

Manager. Alex grumbled that Mary, his Creative Executive, lacked the skills to support
