Study and analyze the case passage below and answer sub-questions a, b and c based on Blooms Taxonomy. Lines or channels of communication are designed to overcome problems in exchanging information vertically (downward from top level management through middle level to the lower level and upward from subordinates), horizontally (lateral or same level positions) and diagonally (across all levels, normally at meetings). The lines involve the use of an organogram (organizational chart). This chart is used to show how positions are arranged and organizational structure which indicates formal relationships between staff performing various delegated assignment as their routine duties. The structure could be visualized as direct or line, line and staff and functional relationships respectively. Problem analysis under the ambit of HRM has organizational networks, national and International Labor Organization (ILO) influence in settling labor disputes. Organizations follow their Code of Ethics, while National Labor Organization follows Labor Act, but the International Labor Organization follows Charter globally agreed on to resolve labor conflicts. The courts become the last resort nationally or internationally according to conventions concerning arbitrary dismissals, collective agreements, discriminations, immigration or emigration issues dealing with residence and work permit. Bridging the gaps between staff and management problems requires transitional technologies for empiric testing. This is based on the possible correlation between organizational culture and the management performance of transitional knowledge transfer of problem to be analyzed for solution faced with the challenge of strategies in designing, planning and managing to avoid possible implementation of risks related to the problem at hand. Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety of workers help reduce problems at the work environment. Problems arise from poor ventilation, slippery floors, faulty electronic equipment and injuries sustained without insurance or workmans compensation.
