George, the owner of Fast Design Furniture Manufacturing has made a good profit this year, so the owner decided that he can afford to give all of his employees a bonus. This what George would like to do:

Employees who are making 30,000 or over will get a 4% bonus that is 4% of their salary. Employees who are making from 25,000 upto 30,000 will get a 4.5 % bonus, employees who are making from 20,000 up to 25,000 will get a 5.0 % bonus... your code has to-

1. Prompt George for the total amount that he can afford to spend on employee bonuses.
2. Your program is to prompt for and accept 5 employee names and salaries.
3. For each employee, the program is to output the following info in a legible manner: Name, Salary, Bonus....
4. Output the total of the bonuses
5. There is one hitch recall George only has a fixed amount to put towards employee bonuses. Print out a message indicating if the George can afford the bonus plan or not
