Using the STAR technique, you are required to explain which skills you have developed in this unit (and/ or other units of your degree so far if you choose skills from another unit this needs to be clearly stated). You need to identify 4 key skills and write a brief statement for each skill. No more than 100-150 words are expected for each entry. The STAR technique asks you to a) state the Situation that required the skill, b) the Task that needed to be done, c) the Actions to complete the task and d) the Result or outcome of completing the task. A simple example how this can be presented in your report is given below.
