Consider your role job goals, and career aspirations. Decide on three development needs that will help you to be more successful in performing your role, achieving your goals, andor moving you towards your longerterm career plans.
Examples of development needs could be: Manage a project team to achieve project requirements; apply persuasive sales techniques with clients to achieve sales targets; read and interpret the companys balance sheet; or implement the five stages of the training cycle for effective training and development.
