Note 1: The Director is responsible for the overall management of the hospital and must maintain control over the use of resources (including staff, beds, and supplies) in the provision of cost-effective treatment for all patients

Note 2: Incharge Nurse has overall responsibility for the management of a single ward. Incharge Nursing Staff is allocated resources to run the ward and must ensure that all resources (staff, beds and supplies) are used effectively in the care of patients

Note 3: User's requirements is a list of tasks accomplished by the User
