a.Rhonda was asked to publish a post on social media about one of their clients. The client provided positive feedback on a project Rhonda and her team were involved with recently in her testimonial. Rhonda made a private joke about one of her colleagues for good humor. When publishing the post on social media, Rhonda did not edit the information about the clients colleague out from the post. When the post was published to a wide audience on the platform, the colleague was horrified to see her name on there.

-Explain the type of breach that has occurred in this scenario. Identify the relevant Act situation might refer to.

b.Norman reviewed the latest book the company is about to publish. During his view, he decided to copy certain sections for his own use. Norman thought he could use the text as a discussion topic in an online blog post and share to his friends and professional networks before the book was officially released.

-Do you think Norman is allowed to do this? Why/Why not?

c.Tara and Sean had a deadline to make that day. They worked on important client documents required for a case they were representing at court the next day. By the ends of the day they were not able to meet their timeframes so decided to stay back and work at the office late until they finished. Due to them leaving quite late and being tired, Tara who was responsible for locking up failed to lock the door properly. When they came back in the next morning, they were alarmed to find out the office had been broken into and the files on their computers had been completely wiped. They did not have a backup of the information.

-Explain what Tara and Sean could have done differently to prevent this from occurring.

Conduct online research and locate an example of document standards for and organization. Discuss what type of standards the document includes some examples of available documentation you could research, could be Telstra, Skype, local community services or government documentation.
