Question 14.
Read page 110 , starting at Frequently the answer to Phase II through approximately page 126, last sentence is Can you think of another P, another attribute of Propaganda? from the class material and from Chapter 8, Connecting the Dots: Creating Concepts from Perceptions. In this material we began exploring Step 2 of Inductive Reasoning; that is how we change Perceptions into Conceptions which is similar to changing Data into Information or Knowledge. We have been guided by the science Goals the Scientists have sought in using Inductive Reasoning to create Information and/or Models of Reality.
The goals are: to better Describe, Predict and Control the Natural World. To achieve the first Goal, a Better Description, we discussed several issues in Chapter 8 that should be considered when you seek to change Valid Data into Valid Information.
Recognize this is what John Snow did when he created the GHOSTMAP; this information shared his knowledge regarding the spread of Cholera. It reduced human suffering. This is why Emotional Integrity is so important. You can have Moral & Intellectual Integrity but if you cant get others to understand your Knowledge/Information, accept the truth of your Knowledge/Information and to implement this Knowledge/Information; our Natural world isnt a better place for all to live in.
Discuss three issues from this chapter or the additional readings that you believe are essential for you to follow, if you are to be being an effective Producer of Information. (Each issue worth 5 points)

Question 13.
In the class we have explored the power of Inductive Reasoning. Step 1 Requires you to follow the 5 phases of Metric Design to help you create VALID Facts or VALID Data about the Natural World. These Facts or Data then become your Perceptions of the Natural World. This was covered in Chapter 7.
