The continuous beam shown in Figure Q$2$ is composed of three spans namely $AB,BC$ and $CD.$ The flexural rigidity of span $BC$ is twice as that of $AB$ and $CD.$ The ends A and $D$ are rigidly fixed whereas $B$ and $C$ are simply supported. For the loading conditions illustrated in Figure Q$2,$ find the following using the moment distribution method:

$($c$)$ end$-$member moments

$($d$)$ draw the bending moment diagram indicating all local maximum values.
