Annyeong was browsing the internet when she came across a sit run by Massive Hit Entertainment, which was offering BDS boy band concert for RM1000. Annyeong decided to book a ticket and gave her debit card details.

One hour later, she realized that she has to attend a replacement class on the same day as the concert. She then immediately sent a second email to Massive Hit Entertainment to cancel her previous order.

10 Minutes later, she receives an email from Massive Hit Entertainment in response to her original email, confirming that her order was being processed.
