You have been appointed amongst a team of employees tasked to improve the standard of communication in your employment. As a member of this important team, you are given role of drawing up guidelines for effective communication and these will be adopted to be used by the whole organization.

a) In drafting the guidelines, you are expected to list the 7 (seven) requirements that are needed for coming up with proper guidelines for effective communication. (14 marks)
