To the worst, he has been caught of misusing the company's car for personal leisure without getting any permission from the top management Azlan, the main director of the company has terminated Halim after giving him one month notice as required by contract of service for misconduct. Aggrieved with the situation, Halim wants to sue Azlan for unfair dismissal. Advise Azlan
