Decisions taken in such a complex process can change the course and the effects of a pandemic. Despite the critical role played by knowledge to inform and enable decision-makers, there are still shortcomings in the way knowledge is used. By reflecting on your national context, and in 750 words assess how official bodies have dealt with the pandemic, to which extent knowledge management has helped in taking effective course of action and how social capital has helped to acquire such knowledge.
