Question 2-(65 pts.) a) Solve the same problem using route first cluster second algorithm by using nearest neighbor for the routing part. Note that the assumption of visiting customer 6 after 8 holds here as well. b) Improve VRP solution obtained from nearest neighbor algorithm for the routing part (the tsp tour which you obtained before spliting it) by using two-opt algorithm. c) Additional to improvemnet in part b, improve each route of VRP by applying two-opt. d) Discuss your finding and compare the results you obtained for question 1 and 2. Note that the demand of the customers is not unit demand, but they are provided in the Excel file (and csv file if you cannot work with Excel) as it described in question 1. Note that the distance is asymmetric, and you must apply some changes on the 2-opt algorithm that we have. Provide the answers and files for each part (a, b, c) separately in the prepared ipynb files.
