Those who are frequently seen as natural leaders usually possess qualities like confidence, kindness, determination, and strong communication abilities. They are skilled at encouraging others and establishing trust. Still, different personalities and backgrounds can produce potential leaders. Their ability for responsibility, flexibility in handling different situations, and commitment to improving themselves and their education set them apart. Perceptions are useless to effective leadership since it's more about the actions and behaviour displayed than they're on fitting into an identified "type."
