Question $2$: Audio Data Analysis $[20$ marks$]$

Write a MIPS program, called question$2.$asm, that will read in a wave file, and then find the maximum and minimum amplitude $($highest and lowest values$)$ in the audio data. You will need to prompt the user to enter the full file name $($the entire path$)$ as input to the program, and the file size $($in bytes$).$ You may assume that all audio files inputted will only have $1$ channel and will have a bit depth of $16.$
