Question 2 Cine View is a movie experience for users away from home. This new concept of watching movies is offered at the TRZ mall building using the latest audio and visual technology. The customer can use Cine View app to book a room for single, couple or group, and select the available time and the movie they want to watch. After making a payment online either by credit card, bank transfer or digital wallet, the customer will receive the booked room number, a receipt and a six-digit code that they can enter at the door of the booked room. This code will remain for the duration of the movie, so that the user can re-enter the room multiple times. The customer can cancel a booked room at least three hours before the time of the screening. The customer can rate the movies that they watch as bad, average or excellent using the Cine View app. The administrator for the Cine View app will determine the schedule and the movies listing. Every week, the administrator will update the list of movies offered. The manager for Cine View is responsible to ensure that the customers who booked the rooms are allocated the code.
