having been found guilty of breach ing company policies. He was captured on a video

on three separate occasions eating pizza inside the deli with the door closed. The

company policy provides that no employee may consume food whilst in side the deli.

All staff members are required to eat only at the cafeteria. Lebo intends to challenge

the dismissal on the basis that the sanction of dismissal is too harsh in this

circumstance.
