Green Fresh Foods is famous for high-quality vegetables and fruits. The owner Mr. Salah regularly communicates with his managers at each branch of the company through emails. They have three branches in Bahrain, UAE and Saudi Arabia. The company has two managers with 20 employees at each branch. However, the managers always depend on Salah for all decisions. Employee opinions are not considered. Recently the company decided to also move into the market for fresh chicken and egg products by the year 2022. Mr. Salah wants your help to design a structure that is suitable for their future goals.

2.1 Evaluate the impact of the current organizational design of Green Fresh Foods on employee behavior. Include your views on the organizations structure based on the span of control, centralization, and departmentalization. (13 marks)

2.2 Do you think the communication process followed by Mr. Salah is effective? Discuss in relation to the direction of communication and the type of interpersonal communication. (12 marks)
