a. b. As part of the negotiation agreement between the landowners and the Estate Developers, the developers are required to clear a portion of the site for the landowners. Initial assessments of the existing land reveal that your company would have to clear 205,000.00m² for the community. The following represent information gathered from an inventory conducted on the site: i. Twenty (20) number uncompleted building were on the site. ii. A Twenty-one (21) number Foundation Structures are on various locations on the site iii. Six (6) number Septic Tanks on the site iv. Thirty-one (31) wooden structures on the site The vegetation on the site is light vegetation with numerous trees girth not exceeding 500mm. V. vi. Volume of space occupied by all the building is 950m³ above the original surface. vii. Volume of space occupied by foundation structures is 549m³ below the original surface. viii. Volume of space occupied by Septic tanks is 80m³ below the original surface. ix. Volume of space occupied by wooden structures 30m³ above the original surface.
