Rounding rule works as follows if a digit is larger than or equal to 5, previous digit is incremented by 1, if a digit is smaller than 5, previous digit remains the same.

e.g.

Input: 45.123 Output: 45

Input: 23.456 Output: 24

Input: 35.299 Output: 35
