company realises that their employees work in a fast$-$paced environment and they want to support their

employees and look after their wellness and well$-$being. Shani proposes that they consider implementing

a wellness programme where the smart watches of employees record the steps that each staff member

takes every day and this is then synced to a company wellness App. Based on the information gathered,

support can be provided to employees and they can even consider rewarding employees for physical

activity.
