$3\mathrm{.}2.$ The construction of a dam on one of the largest rivers somewhere in the Northen Cape has been completed. And the local municipality has appointed you to convert the dam into a hydroelectric power plant. The flow rate of the river is $5\frac{m}{s}$ and the cross$-$sectional area of the channel is $200m^2$; and the head of the channel is $15m.$

$($i$)$ Calculate the discharge $(q)$ in $\frac{m^3}{s}.$

$($ii$)$ In your workshop you only have one turbine available, and the efficiency of the turbine is $70\%.$ Calculate the power output of the turbine.
