QUESTION 3 [40 MARKS] Consider the organisation you work at, or one you are familiar with. Imagine that the HR manager approaches you to put the principles of multiple intelligences, but particularly SQ, PQ and EQ, into action. He asks you to devise a pilot programme to enhance the intelligences of employees, who should commit an hour a week of their worktime over the next month to do so. Write a brief proposal (300 350 words) of what you plan to do, citing relevant models and evidence for how it will boost intelligences in the workplace and making a persuasive case for why it's a good idea. Note the breakdown of marks for this exercise: Five marks for a well-structured and coherent plan; five marks for providing clear evidence as to why your plan will work; five marks for originality and creativity in coming up with good ideas to boost intelligences; and ten marks for overall content and clarity of expression; for a total of 25 marks. A further 15 marks will be awarded for showing evidence that you understand the basics of professional report writing by following the writing cycle approach in completing this assignment. Show evidence that you have planned and structured the report before writing it, and that you carefully analysed the brief before doing so.
