The depth of beam is reduced from 750mm diameter to 450mm diameter as per Engineer's Instruction and saved $317,225.00 The provisional sum in the contract for Built in Cabinet is $225,000.00 comprising of One set type A priced at $150,000.00 /set and One set Type B priced at $75,000 /set. Now the Engineer has confirmed to use a total 25 sets comprising of 12 sets of Type and 13 sets of Type B. The Contractor makes good defective work costing $220,000.00 > The Engineer issued instruction to revise the size of all columns from 550mm diameter to 750 diameter incurring a cost of $205,000.00 - The Contractor submitted a claim of $775,000.00 for Loss \& Expense and the Engineer approved an amount of $502,000.00. The provisional sum for Landscaping is $1,050,000.00 but now the Landscaping is no longer required and is 4 deleted as per Engineer's Instruction The provisional sum for Security Alarm System is $75,000.00 for ten sets @ $7,500/ set but now the Engineer has instructed to install extra 7 sets of the Alarm System.
