All internal partition walls are 100 mm thick hollow concrete block wall. All walls shall be of similar height. Brick walls shall be in common bricks laid English Bond and Block walls laid in stretcher bond and bedded and jointed in cement sand mortar (1:3) mix. Door openings shall be as follows: External doors: 2100 x 900 mm wide Internal doors: 2100 x 700 mm wide Internal wall plaster shall be in two coats cement & sand (1:3) plaster, overall 15mm thick. Painting to plastered surfaces shall be in one sealer undercoat & two finishing coats of emulsion paint. Ceramic floor tiles shall be 300 x 300 x 12 mm thick laid on 40 mm thick cement & sand (1:3) floor screed. Ceramic wall tiles shall be 300 x 300 x 12 mm thick laid on 15 mm thick cement & sand (1:3) floor screed. Ceiling tiles shall be 600 mm x 600 mm x 10 mm acoustic board on Aluminum T -grid suspension system. Columns shall be 400 x 400 mm square on plan All dimensions are in millimeters unless otherwise indicated
