A simple beam with an overhang is roller supported at point A and pin supported B as shown in Figure 4.1. A linearly varying distributed load of peak intensity q0=180Nm acts on spanf AB. Concentrated moment M0=400Nm is applied at A, and an inclined concentrated losa ?=300N acts at C. The length of segment AB is L=6m, and the length of the overhang BC is L/2. Find support reactions at A, and B, and the resultant reaction force at B and then calculate the axial force N, shear force V, and bending moment M at the midspan of AB. Report the answer to two decimal places, forces in (N) and moments in (Nm)
