Use these five strategies to reiterate to your team your intentions of dealing with conflict when they arise. Question 5 (20 Marks] All projects should have a project scope management plan. As a competent project manager your experience informs you that sometimes scope change is inevitable, and acceptable when approved by the stakeholders. Thereafter it needs to be managed well.
