(B) Mr. Ahmed recently graduated from a reputed college. He started a new business, and all the functions of business activity is sole proprietorship business. All day to day transactions are recorded in the books and he calculated the profit for the year he visited bank to apply for loan for the expansion of his business. After few years he repaid his debt and interest to the bank. Now his business has grown rapidly and got huge profits.
