This question is out of $5$ marks. In this case study, as with the FI case study, you created

master data, and you entered several transactions corresponding to business processes. In most

organizations, more than one department would be involved in this process flow. Discuss how

you think the responsibility for the process transactions $($not the master file creation steps$)$ should

be allocated to different departments. In your answer, consider what the person who performs

the invoice receipt steps $($step $14$ and step $19$ in the case study$)$ should do if the invoice shows a

different quantity than the goods receipt.
